• Termites and their treatment-There are termites in all these farmlands. Anti termite treatment has been done already right from the foundation to save the buildings from termite attack.
• Solar Water Heater- A 100 litres solar water heater is provided on the roof top to provide hot and cold water in all bathrooms leading to saving of electricity. These systems are equipped with in built heating element which takes over in the event of cloudy or rainy season. These heaters have enough insulation to keep water hot during night temperature also.
• Fire Fighting- Fire fighting hydrants are provided at suitable places in the Treasure Fantasy Township to take care of fire fighting arrangements which is unusual practice followed by other township builders a per apparent and past trends.
• Maintenance Society- We have already formed Treasure Fantasy Township Welfare Association Ltd, a company formed under the Indian Companies Act,1956.You will be the shareholder of the association and you will manage the internal maintenance and security arrangement of the township. The security deposit & monthly maintenance charges which you will be paying will be credited directly to this Welfare association for management to be conducted at your end with a sense of belongingness as a community.
• Financing- We have arrangements of bank finance from- Central bank of India, LIC housing Finance, SBI, HDFC Home Loans and India bulls Ltd.
• Flats are having good quality back up generators and lift of reputed national manufacturers like OTIS, Johnson & Johnson.
• Built up units flooring are mostly vitrified, Ceramic tiles are for toilet and wash area. Kitchen-Kota stone and staircase-Baroda green. Paint –Interior is plastic emulsion whereas exterior Water proof Asian or Equivalent. Tap fittings are mostly Jaguar for shower and wash basins. Doors are teak finish doors and windows power coated Aluminum with glass.
